Yesterday I had another wonderful session with the lovely Tina at the Pod in Port Adelaide. I went in feeling sore and slightly depressed but came out feeling strong and relaxed. Tina is so kind and very calming she helps me in so many ways. I highly recommend Tina to anyone who needs help with their bodies’ issues. I’ve been to physiotherapy and chiropractors but Bowen therapy has helped me more than I ever imagined. Thank you Tina!😊
